Who I am
I spent over two decades in council leisure centres and commercial gyms. Classes, gym management, personal training, online coaching — I've done all of it, with all kinds of people, at every stage of their health journey.
I also watched the industry fail people. Generic programmes handed over with no real support. Quick fixes that lasted four weeks. Advice that completely ignored the fact that real life exists.
I went fully self-employed in September 2025 at 38 years old with two boys, a wife, a mortgage, and a business to build. I train myself around all of that. I know exactly what it's like to want consistency and have life keep getting in the way.
